To answer some frequently asked questions relating to the holding of general meetings by companies in the light of the Prevention and Control of Disease (Prohibition on Group Gathering) Regulation, Cap. 599G of the Laws of Hong Kong, a new section “Holding of General Meetings by Companies during the period of the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) Pandemic” has been added under the “FAQ” section of the Companies Registry’s website.
