2.	Technology Voucher Programme (TVP) 科技券	Subsidize local small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in using technological services and solutions to improve productivity, or upgrade or transform their business processes. 資助本地中小型企業使用科技服務和方案，以提高生產力或升級轉型。	HK$ 600,000
3.	SME Export Marketing Fund (EMF) 中小企業市場推廣基金	Encourage SMEs to expand markets outside Hong Kong by participating in export promotion activities 旨在向中小企業提供資助，以鼓勵中小企業參與出口推廣活動，藉此協助其擴展香港境外市場。	HK$ 800,000
4.	SME Loan Guarantee Scheme (SGS) 中小企業信貸保證計劃	Help SMEs secure loans from participating lending institutions for acquiring business installations and equipment or meeting working capital needs of general business uses 為中小企業提供信貸保證，以協助它們向參與計劃的貸款機構取得貸款，用作購置營運設備及器材，或一般業務用途的營運資金。	HK$ 6 million
5.	BUD (ESP) Fund 專項基金《企業支援計劃》	Assist Hong Kong enterprises in undertaking projects to develop brands, upgrade and restructure their business operations and promote sales in the Mainland / ASEAN markets. 協助企業把握《香港-東盟自由貿易協定》帶來的新商機拓展東盟市場。	HK$ 2 million
